School Competition on Europe: 50 Years Together

The competition is open to young artists and only one entry per person/group is allowed in one of the two categories:

primary education / lagere scholen

I - ‘Design a Stamp for 50th anniversary of European Union’

secondary education / middelbare scholen

II - Digital Product on Europe: the next 50 Years

The deadline for sending in your projects will be the 1st May 2007

Rules and Regulations

 I. Each Competition participant will be allowed to send maximum of ONE project executed in any selected graphic technique (including computer graphics) – but uploaded in digital form - used for the purpose of postage stamp design or anniversary coin.
We will kindly request that you send only your new works, made after 1 January 2007.

II. Each project submitted for the Competition shall be delivered via online form

The submitted image should be in JPG or static GIF format with any resolution but the maximum size of 200 kB. We will ask you to quote the following information:  Name and surname of the creator(s) and the accompanying teacher,   Contact data:  email, phone, school address,  name of the technique used and the date of creation.

III. All Dutch projects submitted for the Competition will become the property of the Competition and will be published in Competition catalogue http://www.e-citizenship.org

The jury’s decision will be final and no correspondence may be entered into. The jury will not be aware of the Competition participant’s names during its deliberations so as to ensure objectivity and impartiality. On the internet only first names and first letter of last names will be published.
